Shipping policy
Proof of Identity:
To complete your online order, you will need to verify your identity.
Once received and verified, your item will be shipped.
- Photo ID: One valid form of photo identification (e.g., passport or driving license).
- Proof of Address: One utility bill or bank statement dated within the last month. [1]
Shipping methods
I do use different shipping companies for different countries.
Generally I use DHL Express for most countries outside UK and Europe.
I do pack items very well and to ensure that there would be no damage etc to package in transit.
I will provide more photos of packaging to ensure of this.
For UK, I use Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm by Royal Mail and DHL express unless you have other preferences.
For Europe and worldwide I do use DHL Express as courier of choice with direct signature option.
Shipping time frame is usually within 24 hours from the date payment has been received.
Insurance is optional and payable by the buyer. We would recommend you choose route as additional protection.
Custom and VATs are responsible for buyers unless specified.
Estimated Delivery time
U.K.: within 1-2 working days from dispatch
USA within 1-5 working days from dispatch
Singapore: within 1-3 working days from dispatch
Australia: within 3-7 working days from dispatch
New Zealand: within 3-7 working days from dispatch
Hong Kong: within 3-5 working days from dispatch
Europe: within 1-5 working days from dispatch
For standard method of delivery estimated time of delivery is around 2-10 working days.
For items which are consignment items please add extra processing time as stated on listings.
Pick up option:
You can choose to pick up item from me if you are willing to travel to me; however full payment must be received prior to picking up due to security reasons. If you would like your item to be picked up, this can be arranged at time convenient for both parties after full payment has been made.
