Please check all photos and videos, and descriptions carefully. We are very happy to provide more photos when requested. We will also help if you would like more photos for authentication purpose pre sale but please indicate so when requesting.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all items advertised on IG: @globalluxcloset stories are eligible for refunds. Usually the items which are posted on IG stories are from trusted sources which I advertised per special order basis. This means these items are not eligible for refund and refund policy does not apply to these items. You as a buyer will be notified prior to making the purchase or payment towards such items that these items are not eligible for refund/return.

Earrings are NOT eligible for refunds or returns.

No Refund Policy

Our website features both items sold on behalf of individual private sellers and items owned and sold directly by our store.

Items Sold on Behalf of Private Sellers (Consignment / C2C)

Items marketed through our platform for individual private sellers are sold on a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) basis. Legal title to these items remains with the individual private seller until the point of sale.

As with many luxury resale platforms, all sales of such items are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items sold on behalf of private sellers. This policy is in line with the current statutory framework.

Store-Owned Items (Sold Directly by Us)

Pre-owned items owned and sold directly by our store are also sold as described and are final sale. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law.

Condition & Description

All items are priced according to their condition. Meticulous care is taken to inspect each item before it is shipped. Customers are strongly advised to review the product description and all photographs carefully before completing a purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold on our platform. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be inauthentic, a full refund will be provided.
