Items Sold on Behalf of Private Sellers (Consignment / C2C)
Items marketed through our platform for individual private sellers are sold on a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) basis. Legal title to these items remains with the individual private seller until the point of sale.
As with many luxury resale platforms, all sales of such items are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items sold on behalf of private sellers. This policy is in line with the current statutory framework.
Store-Owned Items (Sold Directly by Us)
Pre-owned items owned and sold directly by our store are also sold as described and are final sale. Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless items are significantly not as described, or non authentic. In the unlikely event of non authentic items, I will required proof of non authenticity in writing from the approved lists of authenticators.
